IIM Kozhikode (Calicut)

The construction of the Indian Institute of Management in Kozikode in Kerala, commenced in 2000, and was inaugurated in 2003. The site on top of a hill, offers a spectacular view of the coconut groves and breath taking landscape beneath.
The project was conceived by the renowned Architects Stein, Mani and Chawfla of New Delhi. It comprises of Academic Block, Students’ Hostel, Staff Quarters, Administration, Canteen, Dispensary, Guest House, Bank and Post Office.
Semac provided structural design, M & E services, HVAC, Rain Water Harvesting and Project Management.

Airport Heights, Seeb, Muscat

First phase of the Housing Colony Complex was handed over for occupation in July 2005. The project promoted by the ISS Pension Fund, is spread over 30 Acres on a sloping terrain near the Muscat International Airport. The complex comprises of Luxury Villas, Commercial Building, Swimming Pool, and a Social Club.
Each villa has a built up area of 320 Sq Mts and has 5 bed rooms, drawing room, a family room, dining room, and a kitchen. There is a separate room for maid, adjacent to each Villa.
